EVERGRID Infrastructure Partners is a European digital infrastructure company focused on developing and operating next-generation AI and sovereign cloud infrastructure across Europe — while also enabling hyperscale, cloud and colocation deployments through a fully integrated European platform.
We plan, build and operate data centres tailored to the way they will ultimately be used — build-to-suit, operationally integrated, and designed for long-term scalability. Our focus ranges from high-density AI infrastructure to gigafactory-scale compute environments, brought together through our own European operating platform.
Above the infrastructure layer, EVERGRID is building the governance framework required for sovereign European AI: a fully European-controlled cloud environment enabling public authorities, regulated industries and strategic enterprises to deploy AI with full legal certainty, operational control and data sovereignty.

EVERGRID was founded by Nicolas Sofocleous and Niklas Köver — two practitioners who spent years working on large-scale European real estate and infrastructure transactions and repeatedly encountered the same bottleneck: capital was ready, end-users were ready, but the sites were not. Not truly ready. Not permitted and powered at the same time.
